How AmeriHost handles information when you visit our website or contact us.
Last updated:
Scope
This policy explains how AmeriHost International (“AmeriHost,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information through amerihost.com and related inquiries. It applies to our public website and ordinary contact forms, not just a particular form-delivery service. Separate service agreements or notices may describe additional practices for services you request.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, optional phone number and company or organization, selected service, message, and similar inquiry details when you contact us. Our website and infrastructure providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and request details, submission times, and security or delivery information needed to operate and protect the site.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, or highly sensitive personal records through ordinary website forms.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, communicate with you, operate and troubleshoot the website and forms, prevent spam and abuse, maintain service records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and email delivery
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website and provide security services, including Turnstile verification for the contact form. These services may process technical request information to operate the site and identify automated abuse.
The current contact form uses Resend to send inquiry notifications to AmeriHost. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can respond. Resend and the email providers handling sent or received messages process information needed for delivery and mailbox services.
The current public contact form does not connect to a visitor’s Google account or use Google OAuth or Gmail API permissions. If email is handled by a Google-hosted recipient mailbox, Google may process it as that mailbox provider; this does not give the website access to your Google inbox or contacts.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as reasonably needed with providers and personnel supporting our website, communications, and requested services; to comply with law or valid legal requests; or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or audience-analytics tools on the current public website. Cloudflare security and verification services may use cookies or similar browser mechanisms where needed to protect the site and distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Browser settings can control cookies, although blocking security-related browser features may affect form verification.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
We retain information only as reasonably needed for operational, legal, support, or business purposes, including responding to inquiries and maintaining service records. Retention depends on the information and circumstances; we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule. Email copies and provider records may be subject to their respective retention practices.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where reasonably applicable. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. Requests are subject to applicable law, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Deleting a record we control may not remove copies held independently by other recipients or providers.
External links
Our website may link to third-party websites, including portfolio projects. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Review their policies before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services, or practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
