AmeriHost Website Forms Terms

This document describes the forthcoming AmeriHost Website Forms service and will apply when that service is enabled on a participating website.

AmeriHost Website Forms will process and deliver inquiries for participating websites managed by AmeriHost. These terms will apply to use of this form-delivery service. Separate arrangements for website design, hosting, or other services will not be changed by these terms.

Permitted use

Use participating forms for legitimate inquiries. Provide contact details you are entitled to use. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, distribute malicious material, or attempt to interfere with the service. Forms are not intended for transmitting passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal records.

Google connection

Only an authorized account owner or administrator will be permitted to connect a sending Google account. The connection will permit the service to send form-related email. The account owner may revoke authorization at any time, which can interrupt message delivery.

Delivery and availability

Delivery will depend on network availability, email-provider limits, spam filtering, and the continued authorization of the sending account. Messages may be delayed or fail. Submitting a form will not guarantee that a recipient has received or reviewed it. For urgent matters, use another contact method provided by the business. Do not use these forms for emergencies.

Responses and service requests

The recipient business is responsible for responding to an inquiry. A form submission alone does not confirm an appointment, order, contract, or acceptance of requested work.

Abuse and service changes

AmeriHost may restrict abusive use or suspend processing when necessary to address security or delivery problems. Service features may change as the system is maintained.
